Judge.me Reviews
Judge.me Reviews is a product review app that helps merchants collect and display customer reviews and ratings. It supports photo and video reviews, Q&A, and customizable review widgets. By showcasing authentic customer feedback, Judge.me builds trust, increases credibility, and improves sales through social proof.
Log in to Shopify Admin.
Go to Apps → Shopify App Store.
Search “Judge.me Product Reviews”.
Click Add app.
Click Install app to confirm.
Access it from Apps → Judge.me Reviews.
Dashboard Overview :
Tabs at the top
Reviews – View all product, store, and customer reviews.
Review requests – Manage and track requests sent to customers for leaving reviews.
Customer questions – View and reply to customer queries about products.
Reviews List
Customer – Shows the name of the reviewer.
Product – The product name with a clickable link.
Created – Shows when the review was submitted (e.g., “3 months ago”).
Rating – Star rating given by the customer (1–5 stars).
Review Content – The text feedback provided by the customer.
Status – Whether the review is Published, Hidden, or Pending.
Actions & Tools
Import – Import reviews from other platforms or CSV files.
Publish and moderate – Control which reviews are visible on your store.
Edit product review groups – Group reviews by product or collection.
Export – Export reviews for backup or analysis.
Auto-publish / Moderation
Reviews can be auto-published or manually moderated before going live.

You can add any app section or block inside the Theme Editor. Just like in the screenshot, apps such as Flow, Search & Discovery, or Judge.me add their own sections.
Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize.
In the left sidebar, click Add Section or Add Block.
Scroll down to the Apps section.
Select the app block (e.g., Reviews, Filters, Recommendations) and add it to your page.
